Our teachers come to us with a wealth of musical experience in early childhood education. As educators, musicians, and mothers, they understand that all children learn differently. They provide a warm and inviting environment where learning and play are artfully intertwined.
JANE (JANIE) ALANIA
Janie has been teaching early childhood music classes in Bergen County since 2005. She has a Bachelor of Music in Voice Performance from Montclair State University. Janie has performed as a soloist throughout northern New Jersey and toured in Austria and Slovenia with the Montclair State Madrigal Singers. After receiving her degree, Janie spent 5 years working in classical artist management at Colbert Artists and ICM Artists in New York City. Janie's enthusiasm, joy, and knowledge of music, has captivated both her students and their parents alike. She is happy to be sharing her love of music with the families at Music Speaks.
